CDX - Compensation Data Exchange (www.accct.org)
To provide a secure, stable method of file transmission to all insurance carriers no matter which format your data is in Pragmatix looked to our web application design specialists. They created the Compensation Data Exchange system (a web-based application) which receives, validates, and distributes reporting files in multiple formats based on a receiver's stored preferences.

You simply send electronic files to a central repository (CDX) either by email, web upload or FTP. CDX verifies the sender before accepting the file and performs a basic validation. The file is then stored for web pickup or forwarded by email or FTP based on a recipient's stored preferences. File outputs are used by the recipients to automatically feed into other internal systems. Available 24/7/365, the solution enables you to send files anytime in order to meet your reporting requirements.

BEEP - Bureau Entry and Edit Package (www.accct.org)
Bureau Entry & Edit Package (BEEP) is specifically designed for the effective manual entry or import, and electronic submission of Unit Statistical Reports (USRs). USRs are imported into the system via web upload or email where they can be searched, validated, and exported to a submission file. Submission files can be directly routed through CDX to the recipient bureaus.

PEEP - Policy Entry and Edit Package (www.accct.org)
Specifically designed for the effective manual entry or import, and electronic submission of policy information, PEEP is a valuable tool for Workers' Comp data reporting. You can create new policy transactions online and validate your entries or upload a file of transactions and run the validations on the whole batch. Transactions are stored so you can search and collect the records into a submission file. The submission file, valid for submission, can be directly sent through CDX to the recipient bureaus.

EXR - Experience Rating Worksheet (www.accct.org)
The EXR is just one of our custom reporting applications and provides you with access to your Rating Worksheets. Search for worksheets by a large variety of criteria then - once found - the worksheets can be viewed, printed, and exported to PDF.

FDRA - Financial Data Reporting Application
The Financial Data Reporting Application (FDRA) allows you to enter, edit, and submit aggregate financial reports, all through a web application design that includes a rich spreadsheet interface for editing the calls in a browser. FDRA is designed to increase the timeliness and quality of data by eliminating paper submissions and providing you with immediate feedback on your submissions.

After uploading calls and editing the data, run validations and view or fix any validation errors in real time. FDRA also manages communications between you and the bureaus, maintaining a record of announcements, call assignments, responses, and criticisms entered into and sent from the system. Reporting across all calls and all report years for the bureaus is provided. The Pragmatix FDRA is currently in use by New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Michigan, and Wisconsin bureaus.
