Privacy Policy
We at Pragmatix, Inc. are committed to providing each of our
users with a satisfying and safe experience while using our site. Any
information we collect about you is to ensure that the site works efficiently,
complete the transaction that you request, and customize your experience.
Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.
Information Collection and Use
In general, Pragmatix automatically gathers certain usage
information like the numbers and frequency of visitors and areas, very much
like television ratings that tell the networks how many people tuned in to a
program. We only use such data in the aggregate. This collective data helps us
determine how much our customers use parts of the site, so we can improve our
site to assure that it is as appealing as we can make it for as many of you as
possible. Pragmatix is the sole owner of any information collected on this
site. We will not sell, share, or rent personally identifiable information on
individual users to unaffiliated third parties without your approval at the
time of collection. At such points of collection, you will have the opportunity
to indicate whether or not to “opt out” of receiving promotional and/or
marketing information about other products, services and offerings from
Pragmatix, Inc. and/or any third parties.
Sometimes, we may specifically ask for information about you
when you request more information on our products or sign up to use a service.
Specifically, if you use our online form to request a 'quick quote' we will ask
for the following information - name, company address, phone number, and email
- in order to respond to your inquiry. In the future, we may also use that
information to let you know of additional products and services about which you
might be interested. We may also ask you for information about your interests
so that both you and we can take advantage of the interactivity of the online
medium, but you may always choose to respond or not.
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information
as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect
our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal
process served on our Web site.
You will be notified when your personal information is collected
by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an
informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional
communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions
included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at optout@pragmatix.com.
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you
no longer desire our service, you may update or deactivate it by emailing our
Customer Support team at info@pragmatix.com or by contacting us by telephone or
postal mail at the contact information listed below. You should receive a
response to your request within thirty (30) days.
