Multiple Copies Means
Wasted Space
Many people believe you can save a file to numerous places and it still counts as a single file. The truth? If you save large files (such as PowerPoint presentations or videos) to your My Documents folder, your Presentations folder and a folder in your email, that counts as three documents, not one. You've used up three times as much space on a local hard drive and three times the space on your backup, which is wasteful.
Spread the word:
keeping just one copy of large files saves space, time and money.
