PRAGMATIX ANNOUNCES NEW HIRES Network Engineer and Software Developer Join Technical Team
Elmsford, New York (November 14, 2005) -- Tamar Weinberg and Gabriel Stuparu have joined the staff of Pragmatix, Inc. Weinberg will serve as Network Engineer, and Stuparu will serve as a software developer. The announcement was made today by Bill Abram, President of Pragmatix, an IT company that provides web-based solutions, networking, secure hosting, e-commerce, and e-business applications for Fortune 100, mid-sized, and growing companies.
While earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Barnard College in Manhattan, Weinberg was employed at Columbia University's Academic Information Systems department as a network and security consultant. She also served as a network technician and junior UNIX operator at Barnard College's Management and Information Systems.
At Pragmatix, Weinberg will oversee internal system administration, including system patching, system configuration and website maintenance. She lives in The Bronx, NY.
Stuparu, who holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania, will be responsible for project management, specification development, programming, testing and technical support. He previously served as a consultant for companies across a variety of industries.
Stuparu lives in Redding, Conn.
