Pragmatix SecureOffice™
As an extension of SecureServer, Pragmatix SecureOffice delivers a complete, private cloud solution with IT infrastructure that's hosted at Cervalis and managed by Pragmatix. You will receive email, database, website, intranet, and file services. Pragmatix SecureOffice also includes options for cloud computing services and virtualized solutions.

SecureOffice uses the Microsoft Small Business Server suite of applications, which are hosted on Pragmatix servers and provide the full set of network and back office services a business requires, including:

  • Windows Server 2008
  • Windows SharePoint Services
  • Exchange Server 2007/2010
  • Secure VPNs
  • SQL Server 2008
  • Web Server

 

Unless client needs dictate otherwise, Pragmatix generally provides:

  • Installation of servers and all server software
  • 24x7 server monitoring and management
  • 24x7 Cisco firewall management at the data center
  • 24x7 customer support (with at least two network engineers assigned to each account)
  • Secure data center environment
  • Service Level Agreement with guaranteed availability
